Custom Web App Development in Qatar
Customer portals, dashboards, internal tools and SaaS products for businesses in Doha and across Qatar. Built around how your team already works, in Arabic and English, hosted in Qatar when your data needs to be, and handed over as code you own.
When Off-the-Shelf Software
Stops Fitting Your Business
Most teams do not set out to build software. They get there after the workarounds start costing more than the tools.
Paying per seat for half a solution
Five subscriptions, each billed per user, each doing part of the job, and someone copying data between them every day.
A core process running in Excel
The spreadsheet works until two people edit it at once, a formula breaks, or the one person who understands it goes on leave.
Approvals that live in WhatsApp
Requests sent as messages, approved with a thumbs up, and impossible to trace when someone asks who signed off.
Customers asking for status by email
Clients and partners chase updates your team has to look up, because there is no portal where they can see it themselves.
Arabic as an afterthought
Products built for English with Arabic bolted on, where right-to-left layouts break and half the screens stay untranslated.
No control over where data lives
Customer data on a vendor's servers abroad, when your sector or your clients expect it to stay in Qatar.
Not sure whether you need a website, a web app or a mobile app? Our guide to website vs web app vs mobile app sets out the difference, and how a business web app gets built walks through the steps.

Web Applications We Build
for Businesses in Qatar
Customer and Partner Portals
Clients log in to see orders, documents, invoices and status, instead of emailing your team to ask.

The spreadsheet that runs a core process, rebuilt as a proper tool with roles, history and live reports.
Workflow and Approval Apps
Requests routed by rule, approved by the right person, and logged so every decision can be traced.
Booking and Scheduling Systems
Appointments, resources and staff calendars, with reminders on WhatsApp and email.
SaaS Products
Multi-tenant platforms with subscriptions, billing and an admin console, built to scale past the first hundred customers.
Operations Platforms
Branches, teams, assets and jobs in one system, with permissions that differ by location and role.
Integrations and APIs
Your ERP, accounting, payment gateways, WhatsApp and email connected, so nobody copies data between them.
Mobile-Ready Web Apps
Responsive apps that install on a phone like an app, without the cost of building for two app stores.
Arabic, Data Protection and
Hosting, Settled From Day One
Three questions decide whether a web app works in Qatar, and all three are cheap to answer at the start and expensive to fix later.
Arabic. Right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography, Hijri and Gregorian dates and content managed in both languages are designed into the first screens, not translated in at the end. Customers and staff use whichever language they prefer.
Data protection. Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on personal data privacy was the first law of its kind in the GCC. We build so your app can meet it: consent where it is needed, clear privacy notices, access limited by role, and audit logs that show who saw what. Your legal adviser confirms the position; the software is built to support it.
Hosting. Some data is expected to stay in the country, patient records being the common example. We deploy to a cloud region in Qatar or to servers you control when that applies, and to the region you choose when it does not. Either way it is defined in code, so it can move later.

When the app has to run finance, stock and purchasing too, it becomes an ERP system built for Qatar businesses, and the repeat work inside it can be handed to AI agents that work under your rules. Online stores have their own page: ecommerce automation in Qatar.
Built Around How
You Operate in Qatar

A team in Doha
A local office for workshops and handover, backed by the engineering team that builds it.

From Consultation to Launch
Free consultation
We map the process the app has to run, including the spreadsheets and workarounds, and tell you honestly whether to build or buy.
Fixed scope and quote
Screens, roles, integrations and phases written down, with a fixed price in QAR and a timeline before you commit.
Design in Arabic and English
Clickable screens in both languages, approved by the people who will use them before any code is written.
Build with weekly demos
Working software every week on a staging site you can use, so you steer the build instead of waiting for a reveal.
Launch and data migration
Your existing data moved and checked, the app deployed to the hosting you chose, and your team trained.
Handover and support
Code, documentation and credentials handed over, with an optional monthly retainer for changes and support.
Web App Development in Qatar: FAQs
How much does custom web app development cost in Qatar?
It depends on scope, so we quote a fixed price in riyals after a free consultation rather than a range up front. A focused internal tool or portal is a much smaller project than a multi-tenant SaaS product, and large builds are phased so the first part is working early.
How long does it take to build a web application?
A focused portal or internal tool usually takes six to ten weeks. A larger platform with several user roles, integrations and data migration runs longer. You get the timeline in writing with the quote, and you see working software every week rather than at the end.
Should we build custom software or buy an off-the-shelf product?
Buy when a product already fits how you work, because it is cheaper and faster. Build when the process is what sets your business apart, when you are paying per seat for several tools that do half the job each, or when you need to own the data and the code.
Can the app work in Arabic and English?
Yes. Arabic is built in from the start, with right-to-left layouts, Arabic fonts and dates, and content managed in both languages. Adding it later is the expensive way, so we plan for it in the first sprint.
Can our data be hosted in Qatar?
Yes. We deploy on a cloud region in Qatar or on servers you control when data has to stay in the country, which some sectors such as healthcare expect, and on a region you choose when it does not. Access controls and audit logs are part of the build either way.
Does the app comply with Qatar's data protection law?
We build with Law No. 13 of 2016 on personal data privacy in mind: consent where it is needed, clear privacy notices, access limited by role, and logs that show who saw what. Your legal adviser confirms the compliance position; we make sure the software supports it.
Do we own the source code?
Yes. At handover you get the source code, database, server configuration and documentation, with no licence fee and no lock-in. You are free to take it to another developer.
Can it connect to the systems we already use?
Usually, yes. Anything with an API can be connected: your ERP or accounting system, payment gateways such as SADAD and SkipCash, WhatsApp, email and calendars. Older systems with a database but no API usually can be too.
