Ecommerce Automation in Qatar
For online stores in Doha and across Qatar. Stock kept in sync on every channel, orders booked for delivery automatically, SADAD, Dibsy and SkipCash payouts matched to orders, and customers updated on WhatsApp in Arabic or English. Built behind the store you already run.
Where Qatar Online Stores
Lose Time Behind the Storefront
The storefront is rarely the problem. Everything after the customer clicks buy usually is.
Gateway payouts matched by hand
Shopify Payments and Stripe do not serve Qatar-registered businesses, so payments run through SADAD, Dibsy, SkipCash or a bank gateway, and someone matches every payout to its orders in Excel.
Stock that disagrees across channels
The website, Instagram, Snoonu and the shop floor all sell the same stock, and the last unit gets sold twice before anyone notices.
Every order touched by hand
Copied into the courier portal, the label printed, the tracking number pasted back into WhatsApp. Six steps, for every single order.
Two languages, twice the catalogue work
Arabic and English titles and descriptions, rewritten for each channel and kept in step every time a price or product changes.
Cash on delivery still in the mix
Collections come back from the courier or your drivers days later, and matching them to delivered orders is a weekly job.
Peaks the team cannot keep up with
Ramadan, Eid, National Day and White Friday bring the orders in at once, and a manual process breaks exactly when it matters most.
There is a second reason to connect it now. Qatar has no VAT yet, but the Cabinet approved a draft e-invoicing law in May 2026. A store whose orders, invoices and payments already sit in one structured record has far less to change when the rules arrive, and the same data can feed an ERP that holds your stock and accounts.

Built Around How
You Operate in Qatar

On your working week
Sunday to Thursday, on Doha time, with releases scheduled away from your sale peaks.
Arabic and English
Catalogue, customer messages and reports in both languages, because your customers use both.
You own it
The workflows, the code and the data are yours at handover, running on servers you control or a cloud region you pick.

Ecommerce Automation in Qatar: FAQs
What is ecommerce automation?
Software that does the repeat work behind your online store: keeping stock the same on every channel, pulling orders into one queue, booking delivery, sending updates to the customer and matching gateway payouts to orders. Your team keeps the decisions, and the copying between tabs goes away.
Which payment gateways can you integrate in Qatar?
SADAD, Dibsy, SkipCash, QNB and other bank gateways, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay through the gateway that supports them. Shopify Payments and Stripe do not serve Qatar-registered businesses, so a local gateway is the norm, and reconciling its payouts is usually the first thing we automate.
Can you keep stock in sync between our website, Snoonu and our shop?
Yes. Stock is held in one ledger and published to every channel after each sale, including the shop floor if your POS can share it. Where a marketplace offers no API, we use its portal exports on a schedule rather than retyping, and tell you upfront which channels work that way.
Can delivery booking be automated with Aramex or Qatar Post?
Yes. Orders are booked with the courier as they are confirmed, labels are generated, and the tracking link goes to the customer on WhatsApp. If you run your own drivers, they get a dispatch list by area instead.
Do you handle Arabic and English?
Yes. Product titles and descriptions can be kept in both languages per channel, and customer messages go out in whichever language the customer used. AI drafting speeds up the Arabic, and a person approves it before it goes live.
Is our store ready for e-invoicing in Qatar?
Qatar has no VAT yet, but the Cabinet approved a draft e-invoicing law in May 2026. A store whose orders, invoices and payments already sit in one structured record will have far less to change when the rules arrive, which is a good reason to connect them now.
Do we have to change our store platform?
No. The automation sits behind Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or a custom store. In most projects the storefront is the one thing we do not touch.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
The build is quoted in riyals at a fixed price after a free review of how orders move today, plus small running costs for hosting and WhatsApp messages. A single store with stock sync, gateway reconciliation and delivery booking is usually four to six weeks.
