AI Chatbots & Customer Support
Automation in Qatar
A chatbot that answers is easy to buy and easy to regret. This one reads the question, finds the real record in your systems, does what the customer asked, writes it back to your CRM and helpdesk, and fetches a person the moment it should.
Three Kinds of Chatbot,
and Only One Does the Work
They are sold as the same thing. They are not the same thing, and the price difference is explained here.
Scripted chatbot
Buttons and pre-written answers. It handles the five questions somebody listed when it was built, and sends everything else to a form. Cheap, and customers learn to skip it.
AI chatbot
Understands the question however it was typed and answers from your documentation. Much better at the asking, no use at the doing: it still cannot see an order or raise a ticket.
Support automation
The conversation is connected to your systems. It reads the question, looks up the record, performs the action, writes it back, and escalates with context when the answer is not its to give.
One Customer Question, All the Way Through
Nobody is at the desk. The answer is still right, because it came from your order system rather than from a guess, and the part the agent could not settle is already with a person.
Caller
Salam, I ordered two days back, order 48812. Has it shipped?
Agent
Let me check that order for you now.
ERP · looking up 48812
Agent
It left the warehouse this morning and is with the courier. Delivery is set for tomorrow between 10 and 1.
Caller
Can you change the address? I am at the office tomorrow, not home.
Agent
I can pass that straight to the team, since the parcel is already with the courier. What is the office address?
Helpdesk · ticket raised
Caller
Al Sadd, near the tower. I will send the location.
Agent
Noted and sent to dispatch. Someone will confirm with you within the hour.
CRM · updated, assigned
What It Handles Without You
The questions you answer daily
Hours, services, policies, pricing, availability, documents. Answered from your own information, in full sentences, at two in the morning.
Order and account enquiries
Where it is, what was charged, what is in stock, when it ships. Read from the system that holds the record, not from a canned reply.
Lead qualification
The questions your salesperson would ask, the details captured, scored against your rules and written into the CRM with the conversation attached.
Support routing
Work out whether this is sales, support, finance or operations, and put it in that queue with a summary rather than a transcript.
Appointments and requests
Collect what a booking needs, check what it can check, and raise the request where your team already looks for them.
Follow up
Reopen after a delivery, a quote or a resolved ticket, ask the one question worth asking, and log the answer.
Where Your Customers
Already Message You
In this market that usually means WhatsApp first, and a website widget second. Both run on the same knowledge and the same rules, so the answer does not change depending on where the customer happened to ask.
- WhatsApp Business, on your own number
- A website widget, matched to your brand
- Messenger and Instagram direct messages
- Inbound support email, read and routed
- Inside your own product or customer portal
- Handed to a person in your helpdesk, mid conversation
Answering From Your
Information, Not the Internet
A general model knows a great deal about the world and nothing about your returns policy, your delivery times or what you charge. Left to itself it will produce something plausible for all three, which is worse than silence.
So it is given sources and held to them: your documentation, policies, product and price information, approved internal material, and the live records in your systems. Nobody should promise you a model that never gets anything wrong. What we build instead is one that answers from approved ground, shows where an answer came from, and stops when the ground runs out.
When It Should Stop
and Fetch a Person
This is not AI instead of your support team. It is your support team stopping work on the eighty questions that never needed them.
It notices
A complaint, a refund, a sensitive account question, or simply a request it has no approved grounds to answer.
It stops
No guessing and no stalling. It tells the customer a person is coming, which is the moment most chatbots lose them.
It hands over
Into your helpdesk or to the right person directly, with the thread, the records it pulled and what it was about to do.
Nobody repeats themselves
Your colleague opens a conversation already in progress, not a ticket that says "customer has an issue".
Connected to the Systems
Behind the Conversation
This is the half that decides whether any of it was worth buying. A chatbot with no connections is a search box with manners. Connected, it can answer "where is my order" because it read the order, and the enquiry it could not finish is already a ticket with a name on it.
We connect to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho for customer records, to Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, HubSpot Service and Zoho Desk for tickets, and to Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or your own order API for anything a customer bought. Where the record lives deeper than that, the conversation can reach into your ERP and the workflows around it.
A chatbot is one shape this takes. The same approach applied to work that has no conversation at all, like invoices, approvals and reporting, is AI automation across your business workflows.
Where It Pays Off First
Retail & E-commerce
Order status, stock and returns answered from the real record, and the ones that need a decision routed with the order attached.
Hospitality
Enquiries and booking requests after hours, service and facility questions, and the complaint handed straight to a duty manager.
Real Estate
Property enquiries qualified, viewing requests captured with the details agents actually need, and follow up that happens.
Logistics
Delivery and shipment questions answered from the system, exceptions raised as tasks instead of sitting in an inbox.
Professional Services
First-contact questions answered, enquiries qualified and routed, and the client who needs a partner reaching one quickly.
Trading & Distribution
Price, availability and lead-time questions from trade customers, answered against live stock rather than yesterday's sheet.
How We Put It In
Read your inbox
We go through what customers actually ask, where they ask it and what your team spends the day repeating. The top twenty questions usually carry most of the volume.
Agree the ground rules
Which sources it may answer from, the tone, what it may do on its own, and the exact line where it must fetch a person.
Build and connect
The assistant, the channel and the integrations to your CRM, helpdesk and order system, on a URL you can test.
Test on real questions
Your own past conversations, including the awkward ones, plus the escalation paths and the permissions.
Launch on one channel
Usually the busiest one. Live, watched closely, with a person a click away.
Tune on what it learns
The first weeks show the gaps: questions it should have escalated, answers that needed better sources. That is the work that makes it good.

Questions Businesses Ask
How is this different from the chatbot we were quoted last year?
Most chatbots match a question to an answer someone wrote in advance. This one reads the question as it was typed, finds the real record in your systems, and either answers from it or does something about it. The difference shows the first time a customer asks about their own order.
Can it work on WhatsApp?
Yes, on your business number, alongside the website widget, Messenger, Instagram and email. One set of rules and one knowledge base behind all of them, so an answer does not depend on which channel the customer picked.
Where do its answers come from?
From sources you approve: your documentation, policies, price lists, product information and the live records in your systems. Not from general internet knowledge. When it cannot find grounds for an answer, it is built to say so and fetch a person rather than improvise.
Can it look up an order or an account?
Yes, where we can reach the system that holds it. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and custom order APIs on the commerce side, and your ERP or database where the record actually lives.
Can it write into our CRM or helpdesk?
Yes. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho on the CRM side, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, HubSpot Service and Zoho Desk for tickets. A conversation that ends without a record is a conversation you will have again.
Can it qualify a lead rather than just answer questions?
Yes. It can ask the qualifying questions you would ask, capture the details, score against your rules, create the CRM record and route it to the right person, with the full conversation attached.
What happens when it should not answer?
It hands over with everything it already has: the thread, the records it looked up and what it was about to do. The customer does not start again from the beginning, which is the part that usually annoys them most about chatbots.
Can we see what it is saying to customers?
Yes. Every conversation and every action is logged, so you can read what it answered, what it changed and where it handed over. That log is also what you use to improve it in the first weeks.
How long does it take to put in?
A single channel on a defined set of questions is usually three to six weeks. Several channels with CRM, helpdesk and order lookups takes longer and is phased, so the first channel is live while the rest is built.
What Do Your Customers
Ask You Every Day?
Tell us where the enquiries arrive and what your team repeats most. We will tell you how much of it can be answered properly without them, and where a person should stay in the conversation.
